| Message | On Tuesday Sept 2 2008 @ 7:00pm, the 3rd precint in BS hosted their general meeting which was well attended by residents of several towns such as Bayshore, Brentwood and Central Islip. As stated by the inspector, the COPE unit is very well informed of all the trouble spots in our towns and is making arrest when ever possible. The key element is the cooperation of witness to make a case so they can get these elements of our street. They asked that we continue reporting all crimes, small or big as it is the key element to fight crime.
Remember "See Something ... Say something ..." "Our Community .. Our Town ... "
The inspector wants to see more concerned residents to come forward. As a College Woods residents I know we all have issues that needs to be resolved in order to improved the quality of life in our community.
Take advantage, join others that wants to make a diffrence for the sake and safety of our future generation. Let them hear our issues and let them help us improved the safety in our street and homes.
The town of Islip also is present in every meeting to hear concerns from noise polution, code violation, or safety. They want to hear it..
The next meeting is October 2 @ 7:00pm .. Hope you all can make it
