Message	When I moved in CI 15 years ago, I was told that all residents of Collegewoods have to follow certains restrictions such as not permitted to leave abandoned cars on property, not able to have a boat on the property, not able to rent the property etc.. When I walk with my dog, I see quite the contrary of what I was told. who is reinforcing these codes, who is making sure that the resident of collegewoods keeps up with their property according to the town code.

Message	I purchased my home from the original owner when I moved to Collegewoods 5 years ago. He provided me a list of the rules that are mentioned by SM133. I felt that the rules would help maintain the property values and generally make Collegewoods a pleasant place to live. Unfortunately, I don't believe the rules are being enforced. Since there has been so much home-ownership turnover, I don’t even think that many current residents are aware of the rules. Perhaps this could be a discussion topic for the Collegewoods community meeting on May 7th.

Message	I agree. There may be residents who are not aware of these rules. I will add this to the meetings agenda. The Town is supposed to enforce these rules. Please try to make the meeting on May 7th. If you can not make it please give a call to 348-0669 x13 and ask for Annette.
